If you’re not completely satisfied with Render, you have 30 days from each plan payment to request a full refund — no questions asked.

That’s every plan payment, monthly or annual. A refund ends your plan right away.

The guarantee covers your plan’s price. It doesn’t cover the ad spend Meta and Google bill you directly, the management fees for Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads, usage-based or API charges, Email Outreach or Direct Mail. Those follow our Terms of Service.

How to ask for a refund

Send an email to support@tryrender.ai within 30 days of your payment and we’ll process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
