Signing in, your team, and using Render from ChatGPT or Claude.
The sign-in page has two ways in: “Continue with Google”, or your email and password.
If you signed up with Google, your account has no password yet. To add one, go to Settings → Security, type a new password twice under Password and click “Set password”. After that you can also sign in with your email and that password.
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password?”, type your email and click “Send reset link”. Open the email, type a new password twice (at least 8 characters) and click “Update password”. The link works for a short time, so use it soon.
Already signed in? Use Settings → Security → Password instead.
Go to Settings → “General”.
Go to Settings → Security → “Two-step sign-in” and click “Turn on”. You need an authenticator app on your phone, like Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy. The codes come from the app, not from text messages.
Scan the QR code with the app, enter the 6-digit code it shows and click “Turn on”. After that, every sign-in asks for a code.
Email support@tryrender.ai from your account's email address and say you lost your phone. We send that address a link to turn off two-step sign-in. It works for one hour, and nothing changes until you press the button on the page it opens.
Then sign in, and turn two-step sign-in back on with your new phone in Settings → Security.
Use Team, which comes with Ultimate. Go to Settings → “Team”, type their email under “Invite someone” and click “Send invite”.
They open the email, sign in or create a login with that same address, and join. They use their own email and password, at no extra charge.
You can add up to 10 people. On Starter or Pro, move to Ultimate first.
Members work inside your account: your projects, Brand Kit, Autopilot and Social, on your plan and credits. Only you, the owner, can:
Click “Remove” in Settings → “Team” and their access ends at once.
Yes. The account's owner sets it up in Settings → “API and MCP”.
Nothing is made until you say go, and it uses your plan's credits.
Save what you want first: “Download” each ad to keep the video, or use Settings → “General” → “Download your data”.
Then click “Delete account”, type DELETE and click “Delete my account”. Your plan is canceled at once and everything is deleted for good. Ads running in your own Meta or Google ad accounts keep running until you pause them there.
Render makes and runs ads for small businesses. An email from us means an account uses your address, maybe one made with “Continue with Google”.
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email, or sign in and switch emails off in Settings → “Emails” (billing and sign-in emails still go out).
Want the account gone? Email support@tryrender.ai from that address.
Your projects, uploads and ads are private to your account and the people you invite to your team. Nothing goes public until you post it or run it as an ad, or Autopilot does that for you.
You own what you make, and Render doesn't train AI models on your content. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
